my recent stay exceeded my expectations after visiting great malvern before. the warm and friendly staff made my experience all the more enjoyable. the breakfast was delightful, featuring fresh pastries and a variety of hot dishes.

the shower pressure was quite low.

We had a lovely stay in the superior double room, enjoying the cozy bar and the dog-friendly amenities like a comfy dog bed and treats. The garden area was perfect for unwinding, with plenty of spots to relax under the apple trees. Everything was fantastic, but a bit more space for dogs to roam would have been nice. 🐾

A lovely traditional hotel with stunning views and easy access to Malvern Hills. We enjoyed relaxing walks in the beautiful gardens with our dog. The evening meal was delicious and catered well for everyone's tastes.

The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from the Malvern Hills. The views from the dining room were stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly, always there when I needed assistance. I enjoyed the lovely breakfast each morning. everything was freshly cooked and delicious. My room was comfortable, though a bit dark due to the decor. I had trouble with the heating. it was either too warm or not warm enough at times. The bathroom was clean and well-kept, but on one occasion, I had to wait a bit for hot water. it was a pleasant stay despite the minor issues.
